Home visit appointments have to be arranged by phone only.

Please note you will be required on the first visit to fill out a brief health history form and at every appointment we will discuss how you are feeling so that I can tailor the massage to help you the most.

Relaxation - to de-stress and unwind.  This massage will soothe your body and mind transporting you to a tranquil state of relaxation using light to medium pressure.

Deep Tissue - find relief from chronic pain, tension and tightness caused by injury or overworked muscles. This therapeutic massage focuses on specific problem area, with deep pressure applied during the massage.  Pressure will be adjusted to accommodate your comfort level.

Aromatherapy - a blend of aromatherapy oils, tailored to your specific needs.

Pregnancy -  a wonderful way to find relief and relaxation during the second and third trimester. Massage during a pregnancy is a gentle and nurturing way to alleviate the discomfort felt during this joyful, yet physically challenging time in a woman's life.

Head, Neck & Shoulder - techniques are used to help reduce muscle tension, headaches and migraines.
